Sep 02, 2015 Upload is what files or documents or information you put in. Download is what you take from other networks. If you want to show your videos in public or friends. A seed (or seeder) is someone who is sharing the file; the more seeds, the more potential locations to download the file. Someone who is downloading the seeded file is a leech. The more leeches a file has versus seeds will make the file download slower, as there are more people accessing the file. How to increase utorrent upload speed? What Upload When Download Torrent FreeWhat Are Normal Upload And Download Speeds
Lookup hp server by serial number. Sorry if I sound like a noob to this stuff I don't understand it that much. I finished downloading a torrent and it's like 25 gb and i'm seeding it now. My upload speed is 10 mbps it says on speedtest.net, but my torrent won't seed higher than 300 kbps, and usually it's less than that and like goes up and down a bit.

Is there a way to consistently keep it higher? at like 500 kbps? or something? I want to seed it and I know that there's more leechers than seeders on it, but it's not working.
